This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a CMMS Database Administrator, you will be responsible for:  

Primary Functions:

·       Gather and analyze Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) data and organize into concise reports and presentations.

·       Responsible to maintain device Manufacturer/Model standardization within the CMMS.

·       Responsible for the ongoing support to users.

·       Key role in CMMS enhancement development.

·       Responsible for user/staff training of the CMMS. 

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

·       Maintain regular and consistent attendance at work.

·       Adhere to all personnel policies and procedures and safety guidelines.

·       Behave in a manner consistent with all Corporate Compliance policies and procedures.

·       Strong analytical abilities with a high degree of accuracy and excellent communication skills.

·       Ability to multi-task and work with diverse decision-makers.

·       Create and maintain documentation of CMMS configurations and user guides.

·       Must be able to perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Experience:             

·       Five (5) years’ work experience in Clinical Engineering and CMMS environments.

·       Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint are required.

·       Knowledge of Nuvolo or similar CMMS systems preferred.

·       Requires highly developed communication skills to effectively work with all levels of management throughout the organization, its subsidiaries and affiliates.  

·       Possesses excellent written and verbal communications. 

·       Ability to work as a team member, creating and maintaining effective working relationships.

·       Ability to understand and apply guidelines, policies and procedures.

Education:

Associates degree or equivalent work experience.  Bachelors degree preferred.

Supervision Received:

General supervision is received from the Director, Multivendor and Vendor Management Operations

·       Strong commitment to providing excellent service to internal and external customers.
