· Make bidding documents--bid, negotiate, calculate, evaluate the commercial terms, list commercial deviations, and negotiate with customer referring to Siemens sales conditions.
· Make offers--Ensure the offers in the provision of conditions of sale and checking of calculations. Ensure the completeness of the offer. Ensure Siemens procedures, compliance rules and other legal requirements are fulfilled.
· Sign the contract--Prepare Order confirmations and Order processing documentation, checking contractual conditions, and schedules. Sign the contract with customer.
· Order information transfer--Fill in the order info. And email to project commercial controller to create SAP project.
· Fulfill the contract--Fulfill contractual requirements in form of provision of guarantees, after sales service.
