An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented individual to join the Siemens Healthineers in the capacity of Customer Application Specialist (First Level Support). The successful applicant will be based in Kiev, Ukraine. This role is to provide Applications Support for all Siemens Healthineers Atellica Solutions systems with opportunities to extend into other disciplines if needed..

The function of the Customer Application Specialist is to provide best-in-class technical support to our customers using phone, email and onsite Applications support activities for IVD products, including pre-installation, installation, system implementation and post-installation support as requested. Customer Application Specialist will be responsible to resolving instrument problems, as well as helping up skilling customer’s on corrective and preventive measures.

Key Responsibilities Include

·       Provide customer troubleshooting, technical and operational assistance, training, direction and leadership as required in the country. Lead and monitor instrument installations for new products

·       Primarily responsible for customer satisfaction for product lines responsibility, demonstrating proactive attitude and actions to optimize their performance and perception (e.g. proactive checking of high "cost instruments" and developing specific action plans). Develop and maintain relationships with all customers and opinion leaders

·       Assist in the distribution of service information for product lines within the region and support knowledge sharing to improve the product knowledge of the customers. Lead regular technical teleconferences and participate in conference calls as well as Technical Exchange/ Focus meetings

·       Timely implementation of applications modifications/ retrofits for product lines responsibility within the country

·       This role requires a flexible approach to working hours. The nature of our customer’s business means that there is a requirement to address complaints through to an end. In addition, the role will require travel in the field all over Ukraine as necessary

What are my responsibilities?

·       Work with customers to support Siemens Healthineers In-Vitro Diagnostics products

·       Provide Applications Support for products such as Atellica Solutions systems

·       Further product responsibilities may be provided through development if the opportunities arise

·       You will provide direct applications support activities for the mentioned products, including pre-installation, installation, system implementation, post-installation support, training and monitoring for new products

·       Provide customer with pre-clarification, troubleshooting, technical and operational assistance. Provide leadership and direction as required in the country from hotline, email or onsite support
