What part will you play?
  • In your new role you will be responsible for sales of the ELFA electric drive system for commercial vehicles (buses and trucks) with a focus on Europe
  • You are in close contact with our OEM customers and potential new customers, you are responsible for the preparation of quotations according to quotation process in cooperation with other departments 
  • Furthermore, you are responsible for incoming orders and sales planning in your sales area and closely coordinate planning and forecasting with the respective regional companies as well as with the sales management at headquarters
  • You train sales staff in your sales area for the ELFA system and are the contact person and representative at relevant trade fairs and exhibitions
  • In addition, you observe the market for electric commercial vehicles in your sales area and derive market trends
What you need to make real what matters.
  • You have a degree in electrical engineering and several years of professional experience in the field of sales and CRM 
  • Experience in sales with bus manufacturers is of great advantage, especially in connection with electric drives
  • You also have a technical understanding of drive controls for motors and converters
  • You also have basic knowledge of contract management
  • You spend part of your working time directly with the customer, which is why a flexible willingness to travel is required (approx. 20%)
  • Business-fluent English and German skills round off your profile
