Application Owner Support - Praha

Job Description

We are looking for someone to support the process owner of HRL (HR Reporting Landscape) as well as being responsible for the development team.

Your tasks would be

  • Collaborate and consult with the process owner / business concerning functional requirements
  • Experience in defining demands and requirements of IT systems
  • Support the process owner in ensuring and monitoring service operations
  • Contact person for the development team for clarification regarding requirements and alignment of HRL operations
  • Set up and maintain all mandatory documentation of HRL
  • Knowledge of the legal requirements regarding HR data, especially data privacy protection
  • Ensure and prepare updates of all regulatory requirements
  • Reporting

What we require

  • 1-2 year(s) experience and a good general understanding of data flows in large, complex companies
  • Fluent language skills in English; a working knowledge of German would also be advantageous
  • Basic understanding of the requirements and challenges of global HR reporting and analytics
  • Knowledge of Agile Scrum Methodology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes
  • Good communication skills and customer orientation
  • Analytical skills
