Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

1. Develop RED channel business strategy and build up SRED key account management and pricing management system.

发展房地产渠道业务战略,管理房地产大客户和价格管理系统;

2. Work closely with sales team to follow up maintain/ key account customer relationship for customer satisfaction improvement.

和销售团队紧密合作,跟进与主要房地产大客户的关系,提升客户满意度;

3. Set up SRED customer database and SRED project pipeline management.

建立房地产大客户数据库及房地产项目Pipeline管理;

4. Push sales & CP promoter team to expand SRED project coverage.

推动销售及CP promoter团队去扩大房地产项目的覆盖率;

5. Review and coach CP promoter team to improve SRED coverage.

回顾并指导CP promoter团队提升房地产覆盖率;

6. Support sales for RED key account evaluation, bidding process, negotiation.

支持销售对房地产大客户进行评估、投标和商务谈判。

  

What do I need to qualify for this job? 

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Automation as basic requirement.

本科学历,电气、机械、自动化等相关专业;

2. Strong communication and influence skills, good issue analysis and synthesis ability.

有较强的沟通能力和影响力,善于分析问题,整合问题;

3. Personality of self-motivated to achieve the goal, with creative and innovative spirit.

完成目标的自我驱动力强,具有创新思维和创新精神;

4. The ability to plan & organize resources to achieve goals independently.

能独立计划、组织资源去达成目标;

5. Product knowledge of CP & LP.

具备微断产品、低压产品相关的产品知识;

6. Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.

有团队合作意识,善于与他人合作。
