What are my responsibilities?
Drive the overall Mineral Business for the assigned Customer and Sales Regions
Take the role of Country interface to HQ for Mineral portfolios and pricing inquiries
To be the primary contact for product related inquiries
Monitor, analyze the market for existing and new products in pricing/application/customer/channel segments
Drive Mineral Business and monitor/ follow-up on revenue, profit and unit achievement in assigned areas
Conduct regular weekly calls for order and revenue tracking and detailed monthly and quarterly business reviews for performance tracking including pricing, profit and SG&A
Conduct sales presentations, product positioning and product configurations of the Mineral portfolio been proposed to customers
Conduct product training for sales and applications persons for both direct (including region sales team) and indirect channel partners
Gather market intelligence and competitor information about competing products, understand the competing features, trends and utilize this knowledge in contributing towards value-argumentation and positioning statements for business development
What do I need for the job ?
Holding a successfully completed Degree in Business Administration, Automation, Engineering or relevant majors
Has 15 years of experience in sales and marketing of relevant products
Possess product and market knowledge of Siemens products / Mineral applications
Personality and skills:
Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
Good at creating strategic business plan, communication and presentation skills
Ability to build sound working relationships internally and with Customers will ensure success in this role
Willing to work in a team environment, sensitive to cultural diversity and language level.
