What are my responsibilities?
The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and promotion throughout the Product Lifecycle for Factory Automation products like PLC,HMI, Siemens Digital Industry, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, promoting portfolio to all the regions, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager also ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
After customized technical and skill training（Communication skill, Working method, presentation skill, Negotiation skill）, the trainees should be developed as product engineer with high competence and knowledge in. automation, digitization product and system and developed into product manager in future.
Know engineering project execution both on technical aspect and project management. Meanwhile, through training in project, have deep understanding of product application and branch know-how.

Learn sales process, Customer relationship management, and internal network buildup
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Bachelor or above, graduates in majored in Electrical Engineering,Automation, Mechanical and Automation,Computer and Industrial Engineering, System Engineering or other science and engineering majors are preferred;
Good communication skills
Team player, excellent service attitude
Knowledge Management and learning capability
Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
