Job Description

·Schedule appointments and meetings for head of SSME AT in the respective tools

·Represent GMO for calls, messages

·Manage in- and outbound correspondence for GMO, like maintain the internal mail-box/document folder
·Support and facilitate events and activities, like staff forum, innovation events or other external activities 
·Support the volunteering team in the tasks
·Coordinate and establish all travel arrangements for Head of AT
·Coach and troubleshoot travel arrangements for SSME AT members
·Monitor and guide information flow, including maintaining paper and e-files in the respective tools
·Represent SSME AT for digital company activities
·Distribute and keep
·Plan and coordinate visitor's activities.
·Manage office supply for SSME AT.
·Take and transcribe short-hand doc., provide verbal translation if necessary.
·Perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned on an ad hoc or day to day basis
(e.g. meeting minutes, support of presentations, reports, statistical charts and briefings, filing documents,)
·Further tasks assigned by supervisors
