What role will you play?
Solely responsible for Budget and Forecast activities of assigned GBS Business Line (BL) in close alignment with respective BL head
Provide continuous analysis and monthly reporting of the development of KPIs (e.g. revenue, new orders, EBIT), incl. commenting on the relevant deviations;
Cost controlling and productivity controlling
Perform Price and Cost calculation for products/services under aligned cost calculation method and pricing strategy
Support business decisions by providing necessary financial analysis and transparency and drive implementation of management strategy with regard to commercial aspects
Ensure efficient business administration processes (postings, charging, order processing, contract management etc.) and compliance with relevant internal and external rules and regulations (e.g. IFRS15, RIC, transfer price regulations)
Handling of ad-hoc queries and active participation in projects as required
You proactively look for opportunities to optimize commercial processes and value flows through standardization, automation and digitalization with the aim to increase efficiency and quality

You have successfully completed Masters’ degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
Moreover, you have already gained at least 3-5 years of professional experience in Controlling
You can communicate ﬂuently in English and Portuguese
You have advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills and very good knowledge of SAP. VBA and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) is a nice to have
Additionally, you demonstrate excellent analytical and financial skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
Personally, you are characterized as a strong team player with a service-orientated mindset who can adapt quickly to different situations & people and are highly effective in conflict management. Your strong organizational skills enable you to always keep the bigger picture in mind and to deliver expected results in an accurate and efficient way
A high degree of self-initiative with the ability to learn, manage uncertainties and undertake new challenges wraps up your profile
