Your Role –  Challenging And Future-Oriented!

In this role you will be responsible for securing service business of Building Automation, Security and Access Controls; in line with financial objectives of organization.

You will monitor and analyze service installed base in order to grow service business in all segments; namely Annual Service Contracts, Digital Services & Service Projects/Migration.

You will build long-term partnering relationships with the owner and/or their representatives responsible for the decision-making process to drive the service sales.

You positively and credibly influence strategies with owners.

Frequently you create competitive, high quality and timely estimates, proposals, and cost/benefit analysis.

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!

  • ·       You have a degree in engineering
  • ·       Minimum 5 years of experience in the Service Sales
  • ·       You have knowledge of HVAC Controls
  • ·       You have knowledge on energy optimization in buildings
  • ·       You have Knowledge of Facility Management processes followed in the building industry
  • ·       You must have Sales Presentation skills & Business Development & Sales Technique
  • ·       You are proficient in English
