This is your role. What part will you play?
Keeping and updating the required documentation regarding the processing of personal data and participation in the development and implementation of internal policies, standards, procedures and instructions in this field
Participation in drawing up contracts, regulations, information clauses and consents, as well as other documents related to the protection of personal data
Monitoring the compliance between the company's activities and the provisions on the protection of personal data and assessing already existing processes
Ensuring compliance of the developed documents with internal regulations
Support for the compliance area and other units in ongoing processes
Development, implementation and enforcement of export control guidelines, in particular financial sanctions; concepts for new Business and Remarketing activities; representation of SFS EX interests concerning external local authorities
Implementation and securing the Siemens internal export control system with training, risk assessments, monitoring, reporting, etc. as well as integration of export control relevant requirements in the IT landscape
Skills to make real what matters
A university degree with a legal profile, at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
Your knowledge of the English language allows you to communicate easily (C1)
A great knowledge of the provisions of the law on personal data, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR),
Practical experience in implementing and supervising changes and documentation in the field of personal data protection (preparation, giving opinions, implementing procedures)
An analytical mind, you care about the quality and timeliness of your work
Ability to work in a team in a dynamically changing environment, ease in setting priorities, even under time pressure
You are proactive and constructive in your tasks and eagerly learn new skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
· Experience in the financial industry (bank, leasing, loans) and in the international environment will be an advantage.
