What is the Operations Leadership Development Program?
This Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) places you in the center of some of the most multifaceted areas of Siemens’ business operations. You will learn the application of LEAN & Six Sigma tools and apply these skills to improve the business strategy for manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, and procurement.
The OLDP tracks provide you with the skills needed to become a Front Line Supervisor in Production, Process Improvement Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or a Production Planner. The Materials assignments prepare you to work in Warehouse Operations, Manufacturing Resource Planning, Inventory Manager, or Field Procurement Analyst.
The OLDP is a two-year program that consists of four, six-month rotational assignments. Each rotation combines instructional sessions and hands-on experience. You will receive mentoring from Siemens’ team of innovators, gain access to and network with Siemens senior decision-makers and key leaders, and learn what it is like to work as part of a company that is solving global challenges.
