What do we do at Siemens Mobility Engineering?

We have about 350 colleagues in the Czech Republic. Together we develop innovative products for the rolling stock. In addition, we work on global projects, from the definition of requirements, over SW/HW and mechanics development, to cross-sectional topics at the vehicle-wide level.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Managing a project team
  • Planning and defining project milestones, watching the compliance with deadlines
  • Coordinating and allocating sources to individual projects
  • Applying customer and normative requirements in practice
  • Communicating with project management, suppliers, or customers, incorporating their requirements
  • Calculating and controlling, reporting


What do you need to possess to become a part of our team?

  • A university degree in electrical engineering
  • Direct experience with the control system or automation development
  • Practical experience with the technical management of projects under development
  • Czech for daily communication
  • German for daily communication/or English for everyday communication and fundamentals of German
  • A systematic and dutiful approach and ability to see things in the context
