This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As an Education Technology Intern, you will be responsible for:

Position Overview

  • Gain experience with leading edge training and content development tools and technologies in graphics and computer-based training.
  • Become proficient in Microsoft Office applications and production of presentation materials
  • Develop and grow soft skills including teamwork and communication as well as development of project management skills and the opportunity to network, build relationships, research, and innovate on a highly collaborative team



  • Provide support to Education Digital and Infrastructure organization including the Innovation, Education Consulting, Business Operations, Customer Engagement, and Support teams.
  • Example responsibilities within these teams include:
    • Education Consulting: Perform quality and interface validations for all content, assist in edits to learning objects, media manipulation
    • Customer Engagement: Assist with maintaining content catalog, award submissions, competitive research, partner management initiatives
    • Business Operations: Support reporting needs and gathering of statistics
    • Innovations: Support PEPconnect site new feature validation and testing, communication with stakeholders, usability testing and feedback capture


Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools (Word, PPT, Excel, etc.)
  • Enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s program
  • GPA of 3.2 or higher
  • Prefer individuals enrolled in Healthcare related fields, Instructional Design, Computer/Data Science, Adult Education programs or comparable degree program
  • Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States and will not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.
  • Must have availability to work full-time (up to 40 hours) in the summer and part-time (up to 20 hours) during the academic year

Start date: September 2020; 12-month duration.
