Assistant Accounting Manager

Job Description

For Siemens Leasing in Şişli / Kartal we are looking for an Assistant Accounting Manager.

This role will be responsible from accounting, tax and reporting duties of the company.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Bookkeeping of all transactions of the Company
  • Responsible for preparation of all monthly closing and regulatory declarations (VAT, Income, Stamp etc.)
  • Monitoring taxes and social securities
  • Prepare statutory BDDK (BRSA)  books, statutory  BDDK financial tables and reports
  • Archiving legal and regulatory requirements
  • Responsibility of the accounting, tax and reporting duties of the company
  • Managing relations with Auditing Companies for BDDK  Audit and Tax Audit
  • Managing the account receivable process to collect the receivables timely


What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Very good command of English both written and spoken.
  •  Degree from a reputable university and related field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance etc.
  • 10+ years experience in accounting roles, preferably in multinational leasing and finance companies or big four tax audit experience
  • Knowledge of IFRS, BDDK Leasing Accounting
  • Analytical thinking, proactive and willingness to take initiative
  • Excellent command of MS Office programs, especially Excel
  • Excellent team management and collaboration skills
