Assistant for sales department with German - Prague

Job Description

Now we would like to expand with the "right hand" for the team of implementation of projects of supply and service of rail vehicles and railway security technology of our company. Maybe it's you?

Your main tasks will be:

  • Taking care of the department’s operations (organising meetings; arranging tickets, accommodation and other travel affairs; settling business trips; purchasing office supplies)

  • Organising staff meetings and training sessions, doing correspondence and providing support at marketing events

  • Administering bid documentation and providing administrative support for project implementation

  • Organising translations of larger texts and independent minor translations of documents (letters, technical standards)

  • Administering the company’s data inbox (receiving and sending data messages)

  • Entering new suppliers, creating orders, approving invoices

  • Administering mobile services (contact person for employees, transfer of SIM cards, etc.)

What can you contribute?

  • Secondary/university education (technical field is preferred)

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs (mainly Excel)

  • Working knowledge of SAP 

  • Ability to communicate in German (communication with colleagues, documentation, etc.)

  • A thorough and conscientious approach, because details matter

  • Experience from a similar position (e.g. team assistant)

  • Pleasant and professional behaviour with a large dose of empathy

  • Ability to organise your work well and a willingness to learn new things
