Siemens Healthineers North America is looking for an ambitious professional for a high visibility role around sales order data and sales compensation for the Diagnostic business.

The efforts will have high visibility to a Steering Committee which includes the SHS NAM CFO, the Head of the North American Diagnostics business and the Head of Marketing, Sales Operations & Communications. ·       Skills:

o   Advanced Excel

o   Understanding relational databases

o   Mid-level MS Access

o   Joining information in (Excel) files helpful

o   Basic understanding of data flows, data warehouse helpful, but not required

o   Ability to communicate explain business requirements to IT to translate into IT/system requirements

o   Ability to explain complex commission issues

o   Ability to perform complex financial impact analysis

o   Ability to review processes and procedures and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

·       Knowledge of the Diagnostics or similar business preferred

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science or related field
  • 5-7 years experience
