This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a CS LD Executive Team Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • In your activities you will prepare various executive level presentations, reports, statistical charts and briefings under the direction of CS LD Management           
  • You will prepare, manage the procurement process for CS LD Managers through SRM and or other Siemens tools
  • You will schedule appointments and meetings for the CS LD MT ensuring the established calendar is free and organized appropriately
  • Your activities include coordinating and establishing all CS LD MT travel arrangements as well as reconciling associated expense reports, including cash and credit card purchases
  • You will answer, screen and place phone calls on behalf of the CS LD MT officers, sort and prioritize mail; monitor all information flow, including maintaining paper and electronic files, data entry and retrievable from electronic sources while maintaining confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information
  •  Your activities include independent performance of basic tasks, functions for your professional field of work and seeking advice and guidance for non-routine or problem areas from other
  • You will support activities for CS LD site utilization, organization, logistics, (real estate related topics)

  • You demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills with ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and key attention to detail
  • You express excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with others
  • You have proficient & expert computer skills (Word, Excel with macro skills, PowerPoint, SAS, Power BI, Microsoft Office Tools suite)
  • Since you are interacting with international customers, excellent English skills (ideally as native language, spoken and written) are necessary, German language skills and knowledge of other languages is of advantage
  • You have very good presentation skills in the CS Management Office environment and you show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • You have completed a BS/BA in related discipline or have acquired an equivalent education and experience
  • You have achieved minimum of 3 years of administrative experience and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge as presented above.
  • Willing to travel up to 20% as needed in support of CS MT activities/meetings/workshops
