- Build up a strong business for Siemens with building management system in China
- Establish the right product portfolio that fits the market and is competitive
- Provide 1st class product support to the Sales Organizations.
What are my responsibilities for this role?
Portfolio-strategy for building management system together with global team and local management team (market & competitor analysis, definition of target markets, definition of target portfolios, competitive strategy, etc.).
Product life-cycle management with advanced product management skills, e.g. market segmentation, positioning and benchmarking and product operations.
Identification/analysis of current product gaps and business opportunities, Work out business proposals for Siemens building management system and definition of future market specific product requirements
Co-operate with development team for implementation and lead the product market introduction with consolidated go to market plans
Fully support the sales organization
Align with Headquarter to understanding global portfolio and Sensor products strategy, then transfer global in local.
