SSME CT CPL Senior Product Support Engineer

Job Description

Areas of Responsibilities:

  1. Sustaining project tasks, such as system level documents update, system impact analysis, new requirement evaluation, standard and law implementation, etc.
  2. Installed base technical support, such as escalation handling (both installed base and production line), complaint investigation.
  3. Onsite technical support on request for critical issues
  4. Support to sustaining PSG for system level tasks, including spare part consumption, KPIs, etc.
  5. Support to SW project decision and action.
  6. Support to ongoing project to provide IB experience as input to project decision.
  1. 7.    Other tasks assigned by superiors.
