Your mission and responsibilities (Offer to Order Management):
You will lead and oversee the relevant tasks to perform “Offer To Order” activities in Country for Diagnostics business to support Order and Revenue Recognition as of IFRS compliance
You will be ensuring integrity of books and records and highest level of compliance
You will provide finance support for the sales team, marketing and/or the customer by providing robust and clear business analysis, competitor analysis, managing budgets as well as help to formulate strategic and long term business strategies; coordinates multimodality deal escalations if necessary.
You will provide financial insights and value added analysis in all financial aspects to ensure the business makes well-informed decisions.
You will evaluate contract and negotiate finance terms and conditions with the customer (w/ support of Legal).
You will provide overall financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting with transparency and accuracy; and close alignment with customers and respective Business Areas, Business Lines and Business Horizontals, including identifying risks and opportunities.

Your qualifications and experiences:
You hold a degree in Finance or Accounting (professional qualification will be an advantage – CMA, CIMA, etc)
You have a minimum 1 years of working experience
You have experience in industry background for consumer goods (FMCG), pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing.
You have been working with internal and external stakeholders, thus able to understand business acumen and strong business partnering skills.
You are ready to work in a single contributor position
Your personality and skills:
You are highly self-motivated and have strong problem-solving skills
You have skills at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
You have strong communication, ability to influence and negotiate with key internal and external stakeholders.
You have strong in analytical skill.
You are proficient in English both written and spoken
