Then come and join our global team as IT Support  Engineer to be responsible from installing, application, repairing, maintaining and updating the Siemens Healthcare IT systems which is installed at Hospitals. The additional mission of this position is to increase the loyalty and satisfaction of the customer. This position is also responsible to supply the creative feedbacks for increasing the quality of the service operations and processes.

 

Your tasks and responsibilities:

 

    • You provide and/ or organize application training both newly installed and upgraded/ updated our special medical IT systems or archiving hardware and softwares
    • You’ll be performing the technical service operations (installation, repairing, preventive maintenance, modifications, updates)
    • You’ll be responsible to increase technical, clinical and application skills for increasing the technical service quality
    • You’ll understand the prospect customer’s needs and problems (medical, technical) and arrange necessary actions to create the appropriate solutions
    • You coordinate the inquiries from customer with Application Specialist of relevant business line which needs clarification with clinical perspective.
    • You support product sales by introducing new released options of products to customers
    • You provide related customer services reports / documentation to Customer Service Tool
    • You’ll try to create the service contract sales opportunities and convince the customer for buying the service contract
    • You present Siemens Healthineers Customer Services’ digital tool/ solutions to customers and encourage customers for utilization of these tools. Arranging application reports and present responsibilities to customers
    • You’ll be responsible of development of the processes and to share their suggestions with the Customer Services management to increase the technical service quality and customer satisfaction
    • You’ll contribute to the Siemens Smart Remote Service  infrastructure installation and performing Remote Service via SRS
    • You update and upgrade the application parameters and system versions
    • You escalate issues that could not have been fixed within a time period to Regional Support Center

Your qualifications and experience:

 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT field is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Computer , IT Related Engineering or 5 years experience of IT systems networking, design topology or installation
• Very good command of English

 

Your attributes and skills:

 

  • Analytical thinking, result and quality oriented approach and good communication skills are required competencies

  • Military service should be completed/postponed  for male candidates

  • No restrictions for travelling
