Your mission and responsibities:

  • You will be responsible to Install, Configure and Maintain Healthcare Diagnostic Equipment with particular reference to  Angiography systems and Molecular Medicine, within the designated area (Center taly);

  • You will have a Customers Face to Face relationship;

  • Ensure complete execution of all preventive maintenance on the assigned assets;

  • Work with Project Management and Application Specialist in order to successfully implement complex solutions;

  • Work with local team to delight Customers;

  • Interact with the Customer Care Center and Regional Support Center to ensure proper resolution of the issues;

  • Report in a timely manner all potential issue to the Dedicated Complaint Unit;

  • Be a Siemens Healthineers seven principles ambassador;

  • Comply with Health and safety, Environment and HR regulations

Your qualifications and experiences:

  • At least 3 years experience as Customer Service Engineers within the healthcare market;

  • Degree in electronic or biomedical engineering or equivalent working experience within the Imaging Healthcare industry;

  • Digital Healthcare general knowledge;

  • Knowledge of MS ambient, networking and IT Hardware;

  • Windows, Excel, Word knowledge;

  • Based in Sardegna Region;

  •  Willingness to travel within the assigned area and across Italy as needed;

  • Previous experience in Customer facing roles will be appreciated;
