Overview:
The Siemens Infrastructure Sales & Controlling organization is seeking an essential Business Excellence role to join our team located in our Alpharetta facility. Primary responsibilities of the position are managing end to end sales credit assignment process for multiple sales organizations, KPI reporting and transparency for specialized sales roles, as well as identifying and leading process improvement and Digitalization in Finance projects across the span of the sales teams.

In the first phase, this position will go full force to learn and manage the current sales adjustment process for business continuity. In the second phase, the candidate will work closely with IT and Sales in projects that will further automate/streamline/improve the current processes.

What you will be doing:
- Analyzing incentive related issues and monitor sales credit data for completeness, inconsistencies, and accuracy.
- Performing data mining, root cause analysis, and trending in order to develop and own appropriate process changes.
- Identifying and lead process improvement and digitalization for Sales Performance & related incentive compensation.
- Performing ad-hoc sales activity analysis as required to support Sales Finance and Sales Management.

What you will need:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in finance with a solid business understanding.
2. 5+ years in finance and controlling procedures, processes and operations in all relevant IT applications and systems to ensure consistency and accuracy of figures across units.
3. Proven ability to work with large data sets and provide meaningful analysis to senior management.
4. Demonstrated moderate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables), Tableau, SAP, Access (VBA preferred), SQL, SSIS or equivalent database management tools, relational data queries, and reporting.
5. Proactively identify data anomalies and initiate action with IT or other related parties.
6. Ability to effectively manage change & motivate and engage others.
7. Excellent communication and relationship building skills with various stake holders are critical
Internal customer service oriented, work with cross functional groups and relate financial information to non-finance staff.
8. Deadline sensitive, work well under pressure, ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong work ethics, motivated and operate independently with minimal instructions/guidance.
10.WebFocus, KNIME, is not required but it would set you ahead of the pack.
