What will you do?

  • Provide post-sales support to Siemens Regions and direct customers with Repair, Upgrades (UMA), and Credit returns
  • Educate and guide Siemens Regions on return process requirements and the importance of valid information that is submitted by the regions through the return process tool.
  • Work closely with the Service and Repair team, help provide Siemens Regions with feedback on the status of unit(s) that were sent in for Repair/Credit/Modification.
  • Investigate any logistics complaints and return requests submitted through the return tool by Siemens Regions and provide a resolution in a timely manner.
  • Generate a Key Performance Indicator report for After Sales transactions on a monthly basis that supports the company’s overall performance targets.
  • Function at all times in a manner which promotes effective teamwork and professionalism.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma
  • 1 + years of sales experience is preferred however recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Prior experience using SAP is preferred
