Global Process Ownership Manager - Ostrava/Prague

Our O2C CZ GPO department is part of Opportunity to Cash business line of Siemens Global Business Services and is supporting the E2E processes from lead generation to incoming payments (Order processing, Invoicing, Accounts receivables, Banking, Cash Collection, EDI services, Call Center).

We are looking for new department manager!


Your role involves

  • Management of expert team working for O2C CZ and O2C global (8 experts)

  • Communication with O2C team leads and operational colleagues

  • Identification and implementation of improvement projects, driving productivity and quality

  • Provide inputs for strategic decisions that impacts the functional area of responsibility (O2C)

  • Drive automation in O2C processes

  • Ensure seamless and continuous expert support of operations

  • Communication with O2C GPO head quarter and providing services to them

  • Close collaboration with Service line managers and O2C CZ Head


Your profile and qualification

  • English on business level, German as advantage

  • Educational background in one of the areas – business administration, finance, accounting, IT

  • Team management experience

  • Preferably knowledge of O2C process elements

  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies

  • IT affinity

  • Above average soft skills expected - professional communication, structured analytical and logical thinking, ability to drive implementation, capable to sell own ideas and convince others

  • Capability to escalate/de-escalate issues arising from operational area of responsibility
