Russelectric, A Siemens Business, is looking for a Stockroom Supervisor for their Hingham, MA location. This person will have a diversified realm of responsibilities, ranging from receiving requisitions, filling them, updating them in the system, ensuring proper delivery of products to workstations or locations throughout the US. This is a role that requires someone to be on their feet the majority of the workday helping to maintain a consistent flow through their work area. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including some overtime during the week and possibly working 1 Saturday a month for 5-6 hours. This person will oversea those working in the area, 5-7 in stockroom and 2-3 in shipping area, and will report to the Materials/Logistics Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in mandatory inventory, annually, monthly, etc…
- Requisition part fulfilment, bin, transactional system maintenance and final delivery to work center(s)
- Freight shipping responsibilities
- Small parcel shipment of sales orders (Domestic and International)
- Kan ban replenish and fulfilment
- Receipt processing
- Sorting, transacting, restocking of items from internal and external suppliers
- Freight shipping responsibilities
- Monitor stock level movement for over inventory and outage avoidance

What you will need:
- 4 plus years’ experience as a Stockroom (Production Inventory) Supervisor in manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Proficient with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred) as well as manual processes experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is strongly desired, although a combination of education (HS Diploma equivalency is a minimum requirement) and directly related work experience will also be considered.
- Ability to read prints dimensions layouts etc.
- Experience as a hands-on working team member in a busy and diversified working environment; this is a on the floor working supervisor.
- Ability to level load resources and adjust to daily needs
- Ability to read prints dimensions layouts etc.
- Excellent communications skills both verbally and written. In addition to strong relationship building skills as this person will be working with team members, customers and vendors daily.
- Lean training certification preferred
- Safety oriented
