The Workflow Solutions Franchise Analyst (FA3) will support the Workflow Solutions Franchise Finance Team Leader who is partner to the Workflow Solutions Franchise Owner who has responsibility for driving the overall successful performance of the Franchise. This person will develop analytical insights into the development of the Workflow Solutions Franchise including both Automation related products and corresponding new developments as well as the continued enhancements of the IT suite of digital applications. The charter of this team is to shape the strategy for the franchise including definition of the portfolio roadmap, product positioning, pricing strategy and cost position including service costs. This role will be responsible for coordinating and updating Financial Project Plan models (FPP) for new product investments and will interface with key input owners including Marketing, R&D Finance, Service Finance and SCM Finance. This person will support the 5-year plan for the Franchise and will provide insights to CRM Finance for the MTA (current year outlook) on new product portfolio elements. The Franchise Finance team will track and analyze Franchise performance leveraging CRM finance as the interface to the Zones for understanding of local business drivers.

  • Develop and evolve management reporting and monthly, quarterly presentations to senior executives to monitor performance and status of Franchise objective attainment
  • Responsible for coordinating and updating Financial Project Plans for new product development investments
  • Support strategic projects including financial modeling for potential inorganic growth options



Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Experience with advanced financial modelling is required
  • Ability to deliver high-quality results in a deadline-driven environment with competing priorities
  • Ability to build concise presentations that synthesize complex financial models into key messages for senior management
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 3 – 7 years related experience
  • Diagnostics business acumen with exposure to CRM and/or new product development in a plus
  • Experience building new processes and reporting frameworks is a plus
