Sales Engineer - Digital Industries


The successful candidate will be responsible for frequency drives and motors via value-added partner sales channels in Water & Waste Water and HVAC markets. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the achievement of annual sales targets in WWW and HVAC markets in HK & Macao
  • Continuously increase Market Transparency and collect/consolidate product specification of competitors from the market
  • Proactively identify and develop further business opportunities in WWW and HVAC markets
  • Preparation of proposals for VAPs and follow-up of project pipeline from VAP
  • Close cooperation with the existing automation & drives teams
  • Actively uses CRM tool for reporting opportunities
  • Coordinate support to customers


Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

  • Higher Diploma or above in electrical engineering or related disciplines
  • At least 4 years of experience in WWW and/or HVAC markets (technical or sales role)
  • Product knowledge of frequency drives and/or automation systems
  • Strong team player with good communication skills, self-initiative and decision making capabilities
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally and personally
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus)
