We are looking for dedicated people with the skills and vision to build a better tomorrow by joining our manufacturing team! In this role you will assemble electromechanical equipment (Panels) with the use of mechanical tools and blue prints drawings

What will the responsibilities?

  • Assemble Sentron products according to standard procedures.
  • Utilizes SAP data management system, reads and interprets documents related to the mechanical assembly assignments.
  • Perform assembly operations and utilizes measuring instrumentation to ensure proper placement of components in specified relationship to each other; bolt, screw or fasten parts using hand tools or powered tools.
  • Processes work orders using computers and scanning devices in adherence to the production schedule or expedited orders.
  • Gathers parts and accessories required in the assembly process.
  • Complete 100% inspection in area of responsibility to ensure wiring and all parts are in place and secured.
  • Reports non-conforming items.
  • Cleans and maintains equipments and work area to ensure functioning and safe working conditions.
  • Verifies that units meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements.
  • Performs other work as directed by Supervision

What are the required knowledge, skills & experience?

  • Experienced Lighting Panel Builder
  • Capable of operate tools and equipment common to mechanical trade (direct control and pulse hand tools)
  • Able to read and interprets documents associated with the completion of assembly (bill of materials, blue prints, custom drawings)
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must complete and pass Essential Functional Testing
  • at least 1 year of experience in Assembly / Manufacturing
  • Knowledge using mechanical and measurement tools
  • Basic computer skills
  • Preferred experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus.
