Quality Manager (m/w/d) Real Estate (227848LG)

We create value and manage Siemens' real estate portfolio

Our roots are in corporate real estate management for Siemens. In this role, we take overall responsibility for all real estate activities. We manage the portfolio, optimize space utilization, oversee operation of our real estate, including all real-estate-related services, are responsible for letting and sales, and implement all of Siemens' construction projects. Our aim is always to support the strategy of the company and its businesses as best we can, thus creating long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

• Definition of HUB specific processes and work instructions e.g. describe / document responsibilities

• Standardization of business conducts in the HUB; e.g. process and flow of contract renewals

• Enable homogenous Data Management (quality/availability)

• Contact for the AMAs for processing issues

• Evaluation / Definition of training needs with support from the Global partner in execution

• Follow up on quality controls/checks in the AMAs including definition and execution of measures to repair and prevent

• Support HUB Management in managing the AMAs, e.g. ad-hoc reporting / data analytics

• Continuous development / assurance of Quality Aspects e.g. ensure compliant services & products

• Customer Relationship Management e.g. track customer feedback towards AMAs

• Regular reporting to Head of HUB

• Ensure full adherence to local statutory regulations and local laws (data privacy)

• Support of ORG-Management (Siemens Organization Cosmos)

• Organize Training Programms for the HUB

Required Competencies

• Operational experience in SRE business in technical or financial area

• User experience with Planon and SAP (IT affinity)

• Strategical and analytical skills

• Communication skills (to act as a mediator/Advisor between global departments and local entities)

• Fluent English language skills

The gross annual payment for this job vacancy is at least EUR 46.600,- (full-time). Siemens as an international company offers additional social benefits.
