Job Description

  • Provide business, technical, and product knowledge in support of post sales activities in order to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Supporting the local account manager as well as the international acting account managers for the local accounts
  • Actively involved in the presales and execution phase of F&B projects
  • Address product related questions and technical challenges
  • Educate clients on how existing and new product features and functionality work, and how it can contribute to their business growth
  • Frequently conduct and coordinate tactical operations reviews with client teams
  • Act as the middle person to support organization so as to ensure client escalations are resolved in due time
  • Partner with Account Sales Development teams to build relationships with decision makers, business contacts, and influencers
  • Perform quarterly Business reviews and assist in product trainings needed

Our technical account managers should possess the below skills to excel in the job

  • More than three years’ experience in an engineering role – preferable in the F&B production environment
  • In depth knowledge about Siemens automation solutions like TIA, PCS 7, network communication, motor controls, drives, instrumentation, etc. at a level which enables us to drive the customer into the next digitalization level.
  • Knowledge about batch, hybrid and discrete processes and the ability to develop technical automation concepts for system integrators and local end customer
  • Ability to match client’s business requirements with product capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that build positive relationships with other team members
  • Strong ability to organize work schedule and time to ensure deadlines are always met
