Workplace Client Administrator

Job Description

We are looking for Experienced Workplace administrator to administer

  • All Workplaces (Windows, macOS) at Siemens Healthineers

You will become part of our international team responsible for Operations of Workplace related services of Siemens Healthineers.

Task and Responsibilities:
  • Administration of the Endpoint Manager Service including associated infrastructure (Intune + CM)
  • Definition, testing and releasing of policies
  • Definition, testing and releasing configuration settings
  • Definition, testing and releasing client updates
  • Definition, testing and releasing client branch updates
  • Monitoring and Maintenance of all workplaces
  • Reporting of all workplace related KPIs like patch level or client health status
  • Support in the 1st and 2nd (including case trading with the manufacturer (vendor))
  • You will work on international IT projects as a technical consultant for Workplace related topics
  • Develop scripts to automate recurring administration tasks
  • You will create and maintain service documentation and user manuals
  • You will work in close cooperation with our international specialist departments as well as with our national IT departments of the Siemens Healthineers regions
Qualifications & Experience:
  • In addition, you have experience and knowledge in the field of current Windows Desktop systems, macOS, Browser (Edge, Chrome)
  • You have experience and at least worked in the field of Microsoft 365 specially Intune and Autopilot for more than a year
  • Have the ability to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with new technologies and architectures
  • You also convince with your quick comprehension and are able to contribute to finding solutions through Troubleshooting
  • With your excellent English language skills (spoken and written) and strong communication skills, you can easily communicate with your international colleagues. You proactively maintain good contact.
  • You identify with your task, are committed, responsible and show team spirit
  • Advantageous knowledge
  • Endpoint Manager (Intune + CM) administration 1+ years’ experience

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards : starting from 2000EUR brutto /month + VAR*
