This position involves the performance of routine and final QC testing of manufactured products. Work includes laboratory testing and data analysis.
This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a QC Technician 1, you will be responsible for:
- Performance of QC testing protocols (Instrument proficiency, QC protocols, TDMS)
- Data review, batch record review
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Foster team environment
- Calibration and maintenance of Lab equipment
- Lab duties as required
- Participation in monthly safety activities
- Basic understanding of SAP
- Knowledge of and compliance with ISO, GMP, QSR
- Participation in QC efficiency project
This position includes the handling of all types of materials, including hazardous and DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) controlled materials.
This is a First Shift with a weekend rotation.
Required skills to have for the success of this role
- Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences or equivalent work experience.
- 0 – 1 years’ experience.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Some PC and software application skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- GMP and ISO 9001 experience is desirable.
- Must pass DEA background check
