The key objective of this position is to provide operational leadership for the global Learning Academy. We will need this post to participate in setting global priorities for content, program and initiative development originating from agreed learning & development objectives. Contribute to the creation and implementation of Global L&D strategy, approaches, processes and policies, whilst working under self-management, handling tasks of moderate to complex scope.Learning Academy Operations:
Set up and supervise the co-ordination and day to day of the global learning academy as well as implementing best practices and procedures for the academy including coaches/trainer booking. Liaise with Talent Development and Learning & Development to identify operational requirements for the Learning Academy and project the scheduling for delivery of core learning programs quarterly. Establish and handle effective pricing, booking and cancellation policies and manage 3rd Party Supplier agreements and SAP data management for Learning Programs Managers. You’ll need to raise POs and run budget associated with Learning Academy Operations, remembering to cross charge in order to recover costs from the Zones/Countries. In addition, you will act as Line Manager for Training co-ordinators and Academy Coaches.Reporting, Governance and Quality:
Establish a data collection plan for the production of reports and dashboards to feed and update the progress of consumption of core learning by the target audiences, as well as capturing L&D activities, ensuring the impact of all learning is measured in line with business priorities. Conduct internal audits on core learning programs for quality and consistency of delivery and support and collaborate with quality managers to ensure relevant data is recorded to meet quality requirements.Communication and Marketing:
Be responsible for the management of the Global L&D Inbox, ensuring queries are answered or redirected appropriately within a reasonable timeframe whilst acting as a main contact point for Learning enquiries. Ensure partners and learner understand the processes for accessing and requesting learning and lead all aspects of the operation of the Learning Demand pipeline. Market L&D offerings across the business using multiple communication channels and own and publish the regular L&D Newsletter and handle Learning content on the L&D Newscenter site.Global Learning & Development Team:
In conjunction with other global L&D team members, add to the definition of the L&D global strategy and when required attend and report to Global L&D meetings. Contribute to the development of Global L&D policies, processes, standards and tools in conjunction with other global L&D team members. Add to the development of core frameworks for the delivery of learning and development and help to promote adoption of global projects and initiatives.
