As part of the Country License Compliance team, generates revenue against quota through telesales based pursuit and conversion of pirated or otherwise unauthorized software. Is assigned a region, industry vertical or specific account(s) and works with assigned License Compliance Sales Representative(s) or Manager(s) and associated sales teams. Works to develop effective telesales based customer relationships to facilitate software settlements and is responsible for the negotiated settlement without post settlement tissues. Typically works on projects/assignments of up to medium scope and executed through channel partners to completion. Communicate knowledgeably with the customer on software licensing, educating them on the implications associated with compliance requirements related to the use of software. If required within the case escalation processes, shall develop and record incremental field intelligence and arrange settlement oriented meetings for related License Compliance Sales Representative(s) or Manager(s). Develops and maintains effective relationships with License Compliance Sales Representative(s) or Manager(s) and commercial sales teams related to the target non-compliant originations. Works under self-management or with minimal supervision using own judgement to make independent decisions in accordance with company policy and local regulations. May deputize for License Compliance Telesales Representative I if required.
