responsibilities
•Lead product line vision and
strategy for Siemens Diagnostics POC Rapid Testing Franchise
•Work with Head of Franchise
Leadership and the Head of Strategy to develop the business plan and help
execute company strategy
•Successfully drive revenue growth
across franchise product & platforms
•Develop and manage the product
roadmap
•Define launch timelines and release
goals
•Build a deep understanding of our
users through market research, customer interviews, and usage studies
•Develop and execute a high-level
sales and marketing strategy to better meet new customer needs and
requirements—with the objective of both expanding business with current
accounts and penetrating new markets and customers
•Develop and maintain high-level
business relationships with key decision makers, KOLs or market segments
•Communicate and get cross-team
buy-in and relevant approvals on product vision and roadmap
•Build and maintain efficient
product management process
•Manage R&D and commercial teams
in a matrix setup
•Act as a single point of contact
for countries and zones for all topics including commercial, product lifecycle
and supply chain topics
•Manage the targets and help sales
teams achieve revenue and profitability targets
Minimum
qualification
•10+ years of product experience
with demonstrated experience scaling a high growth business
•Successful track record as a
Product leader in healthcare diagnostics
•Manager of a team with phenomenal
leadership and management skills (1:1's, reviews, hiring, coaching, etc)
•Strong analytical skills working
with data to make product decisions
•Strong technical background and
able to effectively negotiate with engineering teams
•MBA required (Or relevant
experience to offset)
•Bachelors degree in related field
(Engineering, Biomedical or business)
