1. Support business to transform/develop organization into an adaptive organization to meet the demand from the fast-changing market and in line with the business strategy
支持业务部门将组织转变或发展成能应对快速变化的市场并符合业务发展策略的快速应变组织
2. Support business to continuously develop organization competencies to cope with the growth of the business
支持企业不断发展组织能力以应对业务的增长
3. Review and optimize existing sales operational model and processes to drive the operation excellence, continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization
评估和优化现有的运作模式和流程,不断优化运营,提高组织的效率和有效性
4. Activate the organization culture to enhance the team cohesion and drive the high performance
推动组织文化,增强团队凝聚力,提高组织绩效

1. BA/BS degree or above in business or related discipline
商科或理科企业管理或相关专业学士学位或以上
2. 5+ years’ experience in sales, organization development, or HR related function
5年以上销售、组织发展或人力资源相关工作经验
3. Strong consulting, analysis, and problem-solving skills
较强的咨询、分析和解决问题的能力
4. Results oriented and strong execution ability
注重结果,执行力强
5. Excellent communication skills; open and people-oriented
优秀的沟通能力;开放和以人为本
6. Ability to influence, establish and maintain effective relationships and gain reputation as trusted advisor
能够影响、建立和维持有效的关系,能成为组织内值得信赖的顾问
7. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
良好的中英文书写和口语能力
