Siemens Advanta Proposal Manager

Introduction

We are currently looking for a Proposal Manager for Siemens Advanta.

What are my responsibilities?

·       Responsible for Tech proposal of ADV SOL;

·       Understand customer language and quick reaction to front line sales;

·       Coordinate internal pre-sales support resources;

·       Coordinate external engineering resources;

·       SOW of project checking and confirmation;

·       Engineering cost checking and confirmation;

·       Coordinate with internal resources for bidding document preparation.

 
What do I need to qualify for this job? 

·       10 years IT, OT experience (both would be highly preferred);

·       Experience on knowledge management;

·       Good understanding of digitalization;

·       Experience on Customer interface;

·       Industry Vertical background, >3 years working experience in specific industry;

·       >5 years’ experience on managing people.
