Procurement Specialist with Swedish or Norwegian and English - Prague/Ostrava

Job Description

The Shared Service Center in Siemens is called Global Business Services (GBS) and is an internal provider of services in accounting, HR administration and Supply Chain Management. We are looking for a candidate to join our procurement department in Prague or Ostrava for the position of Procurement specialist with Swedish or Norwegian and English language.

Your tasks:

  • You will be responsible for the managing of the procurement process from the Purchase requisition to the invoice paid
  • You will be in close contact with requester and the suppliers
  • Your responsibility will be to ensure correct buying according to company procurement guidelines and regulations
  • You will support Strategic buyers and help them to optimize the process

What we require:

•            Knowledge of Swedish or Norwegian language and English

•            Procurement knowledge as advantage 

•            Knowledge of MS Office, SAP or OneSRM knowledge as advantage

•            Very good communication skills

•            Team player
