Point-of-Care (POC) Marketing Lead, Asia Pacific (AP)

Then come in and join our Asia Pacific (AP) team as Point-of-Care (POC) Marketing Lead to be responsible to rollout regional marketing strategy and initiatives covering the entire POC product portfolio. You will liaise between global marketing team in the head office and markets in AP in new product launches and marketing activities. You will also provide support and guidance for sales excellence including partner management.

Your mission and responsibilities:
  • You will develop annual marketing plan for Asia Pacific
  • You will collaborate with head office (Boston, MA USA) MARCOM team to implement all collateral support material for internal (sales, clinical and marketing), as well as external customers, slide presentations, etc. needed for training promotional activities
  • You will establish relationship with KOL and other important stakeholders; identify and capture insights from physicians, healthcare professionals and national healthcare administrators/ systems to drive product strategy and execution
  • You will support markets with develop and plan promotional campaigns, including direct mail, social media and advertising, where applicable
  • You will analyze effectiveness of promotional programs through analysis of sales trends, market shares and other key metrics, and manage the ROI of these programs
  • You will monitor, report and counter tactics towards competitive activities, as well as, similar emerging technologies
  • You will create ongoing communication, collaboration and cooperation not only within POC, but also across Lab Diagnostics, Imaging and Advanced Therapies – ‘Diamond of Care’ portfolio; providing exceptional marketing support for sales team as requested and always prepared for portfolio selling opportunities and driving profitability
  • You will actively lead and participate as trainer in sales education & regional meetings 
  • You will contribute and participate in international conferences/ congresses, organize scientific symposia and advisory groups
  • You will coordinate with global marketing/ franchise leads to launch, manage, and monitor:
    • New product launches
    • Global sales programs
    • Implementation of global product strategy in zones
  • You will ensure utilization of tools and techniques required to create deal transparency
  • You will coordinate with global sales operations and roll out initiatives
  • You will drive sales excellence and funnel management in AP zones
    • Join AP Head of POC in business review with markets
    • Coach and support zones in optimizing in the process to achieve coverage, win rate and financial target
  • You will conduct business governance to ensure effective management of Partner Target Agreement, Incentive and other business management initiatives

Your qualifications and experiences:
  • You hold a successfully completed Degree in marketing and/or health sciences, nursing or related clinical field, and post graduate qualifications in business is much desirable
  • You have at least 5 - 8 years of experience in IVD, ideally in POC
  • You demonstrated ongoing and broad professional education
  • You possess strong communication and presentation skills which are of great importance to deliver a complete message to a multicultural and diverse audience (employees, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals)

  • You demonstrate capacity to lead POC specific marketing plans and execute successfully in key markets
  • You possess highest level of business ethics and execution
