Part time Controller

We are looking for:

PART TIME BUSINESS CONTROLLER IN SIEMENS

We are strengthening our financial function and are looking for a candidate who wants to be part of several business processes in our finance- and order management team. You will report to Head of Controlling located in Oslo.

The position is part time. You will need to work one day a week from 8 to 16. In addition, we offer the possibility to work evenings and full-time during summer.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Reconciliation of vendor import invoices with import declarations to ensure compliance with
  the Norwegian customs law § 3-1 (duty to declare any goods transferred from and to Norway).
• Collect import declarations from the customs agents
• Liaison with the organization's internal & external auditors providing relevant supporting documentation as required

Experience and competence:

• An ongoing master- or bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or finance.
• Ideally experience derived from a corporate environment.
• Intercultural competence and an open mindset for working on a global scale.
• You possess the mental flexibility to work on several tasks at one time.
• Experience from MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong sense of ownership, works independently and takes initiative.
• Fluency Norwegian and English is mandatory for this position.
