Key Responsibility

  • Acts as learning consultant in complex and strategic projects/requests in in a wide array of business relevant topics that are relevant for all our Siemens Healthineers employees (General Professional Acumen portfolio)
  • Collaborates with regional Learning Partners to identify learning & development opportunities for our regions and business areas
  • Manages portfolio and programs aligned to General Professional Acumen (includes learning portfolio improvement)
  • Provides latest learning market insights/data and stays on top of new trends in the Learning space
  • Identifies learning KPIs together with Regional Learning Partner at local and global level
  • Identifies, investigates, acquires and maintains vendor partnerships
  • Manages learning solution costs and ensures learning quality standards as identified by the Corporate Learning Office (CLO)
  • Coordinates General Professional Acumen portfolio information and communication with learning partners

Basic Qualifications / Requirements

  • 5 – 8 years experience in portfolio management for global company
  • Experience in Agile methodologies preferred
  • Experience in working within cross functional and global teams
  • Well-versed in learning technologies and blended learning solutions
  • General Professional Acumen understanding
