Export Control Program Manager (Digitalization)

Job Description

Areas of Responsibilities:

Refine export control program requirements based on ICP and local laws through export control guidelines and export control workflows;                                                                                                       

Monitor and evaluate regulatory changes (national laws / ICP requirements), make relevant changes for Export Control Program change and implementation;                                                          

Develop IT tools and solutions to deliver efficient Export Control compliance to the everchanging regulations                                                                                                                                     

Perform some EX BP duties supporting specific areas of the business to advise the business on Export Control Topics                                                                                                                      

Manage the continuous monitoring activities for Export Control China including Spot Check definition and rollout to the various businesses.                                                                                          

Develop proactive risk based reports and metrics examining Export Control risks in the various businesses in China with the ultimate goal to focus team activities on the higher risk areas.

Participate in various Export Control Global workgroups delivering impact driven work focusing on results                                                                                                                  



Completed university studies in business administration or law or equivalent, masters preferable.

Digital Proficiency:  Ability to effectively engage with digital technology for the benefit of both internal and external stakeholders.

Analytical and Critical Thinking:  Ability to analyze situations, anticipate, identify, and define problems, seek root causes, develop and implement practical and timely solutions.

Leadership: Ability to make sound decisions and inspire and motivate others. Ability to lead a group of people even while not in a traditional leadership role in a team, to achieve a common goal;

Decision Making: Ability to make well thought out decisions on the organization's mission and goals, and properly allocate resources in area of responsibility to achieve targets.

Strong oral and written Chinese and English.
