Then come and join our global team as Senior Manager (f/m/d) Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR).

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You support strategic initiatives in the Advanced Therapies business segment at Siemens Healthineers by evaluating health economics relevant to the elaborated business cases
  • You ensure generation and incorporation of economic value arguments
  • You identify gaps in health economic evidence and reimbursement with regards to Siemens Healthineers Advanced Therapies product portfolio
  • You identify and apply cost-efficient methodologies for evidence generation
  • You drive HEOR evaluation of relevance for product portfolio
  • You provide input into clinical study design to ensure HEOR outputs are available to leverage in value proposition
  • You identify relevant trends in the healthcare environment and opportunities of regulatory changes
  • You work effectively in teams and with internal stakeholders in need of HEOR-based data and argumentation
  • You connect and/or collaborate with relevant external parties such as payers, purchasers, clinicians / KOLs, medical societies and academic institutions
  • You serve as expert on HEOR issues and methodology

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a university degree in health economics, medicine, health sciences or related areas
  • You have many years of overall relevant experience including business and health economics experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in the medical device / equipment field
  • You understand the terminology, definitions, tools, models and argumentation used in HEOR evaluation, Health Technology Assessment (HTA) and comparative effectiveness research (CER)
  • You know how to integrate HEOR principles into clinical studies, how to interpret the results of HEOR evaluations and how to use HEOR evaluations towards decision makers

Your attributes and skills:

  • You have fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, German language skills are desirable
  • You are flexible and travel to local partners as required
  • You have a strong ability to effectively communicate at all levels in an organization both internally and externally
  • You are highly motivated to independently build up knowledge about relevant clinical disciplines and Siemens Healthineers Advanced Therapies products
