The opportunity:

Senior Manager, Global Hub Sales Operational Readiness will lead readiness activities for functions such as inside sales, renewal sales, account development and demand development.  Responsibilities include infrastructure and system preparation and documentation to facilitate the successful launch of new campaigns/solutions, trials, store products and supporting future acquisitions. The role will be instrumental in maximizing hub sales team productivity and effectiveness.

Responsibilities include outlining process workflows, routing and preparation and distribution of modified documentation. Support in this area could include alignment with IT, submitting and tracking Salesforce change requests, updating routing technology, facilitating the development of FAQs, sales playbook summary documents and ensuring pricing alignment world-wide.

Readiness preparation will include alignment across all Hubs teams and supporting systems, experience with the following systems/technology beneficial Highspot, Revegy, Sales enablement applications, routing tools, knowledge base setup and demonstration software. Salesforce and supporting applications a must have.

A critical aspect of this role as part of the Hub Sales Global team will be project management for new initiatives that will ultimately drive best in class future processes. Projects include enhancing the connection of the digital store to inside sales and the Q2O, opportunity routing and clean-up, and reliable account generation for store opportunities into the CRM system.


Degree educated or similar/equivalent qualification with a demonstrably track record of success.

Preferably you will come with experience in Database and CRM management experience (Eloqua and Salesforce).

You will have the ability to collaborate closely with a large variety of people including sales, presales, post-sales, internal executives, and customers from various industrial sectors and at different levels of responsibility. You’ll posses excellent time management and task prioritisation abilities and a fluency in English language.

Ability to observe, understand and adapt to cultural differences while maintaining a foundation of global standards Understanding of SABA, Adobe Captivate Prime, Mindflash, or other mainstream learning management systems (LMS).
