What are my responsibilities?

You are responsible for the local Service portfolio in your assigned lead country bundle (India, Singapore, China, Australia and Indonesia) and reports to Customer Service headquarter.

Based on the global service portfolio you need to develop the local service portfolio incl, marketing material, winning guides, and a long-term strategy, which ensures their commercial success.

One of your main tasks is to observe relevant service markets (competitor activities, portfolio gaps, demand and supply conditions, standards, and regulations within target markets, etc.) and bring this information into your daily business.

You need to create analyses and decision proposals for the local and headquarter service management.

You are an important interface and supporter for the service business developer.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Electrical engineer with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience

Knowledgeable & experienced in Sales, Marketing and/or Business Development activities of Transmission & Distribution products preferably in after sales services.

Should have exposure to business of services specially in Maintenance, Spare parts, Retrofits, service contracts of Transmission & Distribution products

Should be familiar with service market in distribution system

Good communication and presentation skills in different languages

This role is based in Kalwa, where you’ll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries – and the shape of things to come.
