Then come and join our global team as Learning Lead, Asia Pacific  Region to shape the Global Employee and Leadership Learning & Development portfolio at Siemens Healthineers.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

·       You represent the Global Employee and Leadership Learning & Development (L&D) portfolio and strategy while identifying key development opportunities throughout the employee life cycle that supports attraction, engagement and retention in the AP Region

·       You consult with business stakeholders in the Region (e.g. business, regional, and/or functional leaders) and HR leaders to identify and prioritize L&D needs in key employee populations and/or competence areas; where necessary, ensuring compliance with local worker’s council regulations

·       You lead the development, design and deployment in partnership with Regional People and Leadership Leads of L&D offerings in agreed-to prioritized areas, in conjunction with Siemens corporate learning providers and/or world-class external design and development partners (e.g. bespoke and “off the shelf” corporate learning providers, business schools, coaches/facilitators) within the Region

·       You ensure the successful and impactful delivery of above-mentioned offerings, including first-hand involvement in pilot programs and further scaling, to ensure required coverage of relevant target groups; you will also be interpreting and reporting on learning data and metrics against specific Learning KPIs

·       You will work in collaboration with the Global and local HR Learning & Development teams to ensure the complementarity and non-duplication of offerings in line with our global L&D strategy, to allow the leveraging of best practices and to contribute to a common support infrastructure

Your qualifications and experience:

·       You have a master’s degree in industrial / organizational Psychology, HR Management, Business or equivalent

·       You have many years of experience in L&D-related roles

·       You have developed intercultural sensitivity skills through multi-cultural experience working with and influencing across various cultures at all levels

·       You have proven experience in and a preference for virtual work; moreover, you have successfully worked on virtual teams and reported to a virtual management team

·       You are proficient with MS Office Suite (PPT, Word and Excel) and Learning Tools

·       You have a proven track record of developing and executing a broad portfolio of L&D initiatives, driving a learning culture through innovative thinking and learning technology enhancements

·       Your strength and experience across digital learning, competencies and mindset would be an advantage

·       You have profound expertise of core concepts and methods in core business learning content areas, such as

o   Leadership learning and employee development

o   Business strategy

o   Performance management

·       Preferably, you have knowledge of the healthcare business

Your attributes and skills:

·       Your excellent English language skills help you to interact with international customers. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage

·       You bring the ability to quickly and comprehensively understand and identify business and talent priorities, drivers and challenges across diverse businesses

·       Your excellent strategic, interpersonal, consulting and communication skills across diverse businesses, cultures, and levels of leadership distinguish you

·       Strategically you can see the big picture but also drive things through with great endeavor

·       You own the ability to effectively navigate across different organizational boundaries globally and to work in a cross-functional team environment

·       You offer strong program, project and process management skills

·       You have proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results acting in a proactive, results oriented, flexible and adaptable manner

·       You are open-minded and drive innovation/conceptualization with your creativity and a growth mindset

·       You are willing and flexible to travel up to 25%, including short-term international travel (if possible)

·       Preferred location of the role is in China, but open to discussion on other AP locations
