The incumbent shall be responsible to lead, coordinate, manage and develop a team. 

you should have good leadership skill to lead a team. You should be a team player and be able to work with cross functional team for all topics. 

Identify and develop cost-cutting potential, target-costing, realize. procurement targets and meet requirements relating to deadlines and quality.

Knowledge of procurement methods and strategies and implementation of procurement strategies.

Strong Leadership, people management and people development skills and proven experiences

Excellent Negotiation and Communications skills with proven capabilities of managing different supplier relationships (collaborative vs confronting style)

The incumbent should have experience to work in matrix organization. He/she has to adhere to Siemens process and compliance and has to follow DOA. 

Ensure efficient, cost-effective, and compliant processes along the entire value chain as well as export control and customs requirements. 

Analyze, derive and implement procurement strategies, managing and negotiating with suitable suppliers as well as awarding and conclusion of procurement contracts.

Manage, plan, operate and control Strategic Procurement (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Return) of the value chain - within and across O-GIS factory - for fulfilling customer orders and for sustainable improvement of performance and costs.

University degree in engineering along with knowledge of SAP and Supply Chain Management , MS Software and other analytical tools.

Experience required :15-20 Years
